Here are your suggested starters from the FantasySharks Lineup CoachTM:
Check back with the Lineup Coach every Thursday before you submit your lineup.

Starters for week 16
Score Pos Lock Name Team Vs. Comment
18 QB Joe Flacco BAL PIT Bounced back in a big way week 15, that performance will serve as a launching pad for a solid late season run, regardless of whether he has people to throw to or not. ( 265 yds pass with 2 TDs; 12 yds rush )
12 RB Jamaal Charles KCC CIN An elite fantasy running back since taking over as the Chiefs starter, among the most high profile waiver wire gems unearthed this season. Cincy is a tough matchup, but Jamaal will find a way to produce. ( 65 yds rush; 4 catches for 30 yds and 1 TD )
9 RB Jerome Harrison CLE OAK After last weeks performance it's hard to believe Mangini won't give him the full load again, but if there is a coach that wouldn't it's Mangini. Tread lightly. ( 94 yds rush and 1 TD; 1 catch for 7 yds )
12 WR Fantasy Football Lineup StudChad Ochocinco CIN KCC The only Bengal WR worth considering, especially this week when the Bengals will be running, running, and running some more. ( 6 catches for 89 yds and 1 TD )
12 WR Josh Cribbs CLE OAK Holmgren's first order of business: pay this man! ( 2 catches for 82 yds and 1 TD )
12 TE Visanthe Shiancoe MIN CHI Hits paydirt this week. ( 3 catches for 30 yds and 1 TD )
16 TE Antonio Gates SDC TEN Scoring four touchdowns over the last four weeks, Gates is peaking for fantasy owners at just the right time. ( 5 catches for 70 yds and 1 TD )
8 PK Mason Crosby GBP SEA Mostly PATs as Green Bay will put up a ton of points this week. His misses are a concern. ( 5 XPs, 1 FG and 1 missed FG )
6 Def Philadelphia Eagles PHI DEN Philadelphia is 3rd in the NFL with 23 picks this year and Orton's thrown 6 in the last 3 games. Nice play again this week! ( 3 sacks, 2 INTs, 1 Fumble, 17 Points, 345 Yards )

Bench for week 16
Score Pos Lock Name Team Vs. Comment
9 QB Carson Palmer CIN KCC Given Cincinnati's gameplan in their other games vs. teams with awful run defenses and poor offenses, don't expect much from the passing attack. ( 153 yds pass with 1 TD; 8 yds rush )
8 RB LaDainian Tomlinson SDC TEN He was kept from scoring by Cincy in Week 15, but LaDainian managed to ring up nine touchdowns in the seven games before that. ( 70 yds rush and 1 TD; 2 catches for 15 yds )
0 RB DeAngelo Williams CAR NYG DWill's ankle sprain needs clearing up before he can be considered. Inactive Week 16.
0 RB Willis McGahee BAL PIT ( 22 yds rush )
1 RB Darren Sproles SDC TEN Not very involved in the Chargers offense the last two weeks, as evidenced by a mere 14 touches. ( 20 yds rush; 3 catches for 35 yds )
2 WR Santana Moss WAS DAL Well... you can say he is consistent. He's good for 50-60 yards a game. ( 4 catches for 50 yds )
11 WR Marques Colston NOS TBB Colston has scored in 3 out of the last 4 games. He needs one more TD to hit the double-digit mark. He'll get it this week vs. the Bucs. ( 4 catches for 70 yds and 1 TD )
12 WR Steve SmithI CAR NYG Smith looked like his former self as Moore found out that the more often you throw to Smitty, the better. ( 5 catches for 90 yds and 1 TD )
5 Def San Francisco 49ers SFO DET Great play this week against an offense that is really struggling. ( 3 sacks, 2 INTs, 17 Points, 300 Yards )
