Starters for week 16
Score Pos Lock Name Team Vs. Comment
15 QB Matt Cassel KCC CIN A candidate for some serious garbage time passing numbers this week, although it's worth noting that between interceptions thrown and fumbles lost, Cassel has coughed up the ball 16 times on the season. ( 225 yds pass with 1 TD and 1 Int; 15 yds rush )
6 RB Kevin Faulk NEP JAC Faulk has limited value splitting reps with Maroney and Morris. ( 20 yds rush; 3 catches for 30 yds )
22 RB Jason Snelling ATL BUF Snelling should benefit from the fragility of both Turner and Norwood. Buffalo is giving up 160-plus yards to opposing backfields per outing. They've allowed 18 rushing TDs this season. Snelling will push that number to 20. ( 65 yds rush and 2 TDs; 3 catches for 30 yds )
8 WR Brian Hartline R MIA HOU Hartline did have 96 receiving yards last week but this came from 2 receptions. ( 3 catches for 50 yds )
8 WR David Anderson HOU MIA This is what he's been getting lately. If that helps, go for it... ( 4 catches for 40 yds )
17 WR Michael Crabtree R SFO DET Up against the leagues worst pass defense makes for a tasty matchup. ( 5 catches for 60 yds and 1 TD )
10 WR Brandon Stokley DEN PHI Found himself back in the box score in Week 15, after catching zero passes in three of his four games before that. Will get Royal's catches. ( 5 catches for 55 yds )
16 WR Josh Cribbs CLE OAK Holmgren's first order of business: pay this man! ( 2 catches for 82 yds and 1 TD )
19 TE Tony Gonzalez ATL BUF Gonzalez remains the most targeted TE in the game. He'll score again this week vs. the Bills. ( 5 catches for 60 yds and 1 TD )
5.9 PK Olindo Mare SEA GBP Don't even consider starting him as this offense is terrible on the road. ( 2 XPs, 1 FG )
18 Def Atlanta Falcons ATL BUF The Falcon Defense has a strong outing as the Bills continue their search for a consistent thrower. ( 1 TD, 3 sacks, 2 INTs )

4 WR Laveranues Coles CIN KCC Eh. The Bengals passing attack hasn't been there for a while. ( 2 catches for 22 yds )
5 WR Louis Murphy R OAK CLE Charlie Frye again as the Raiders starting quarterback equates to another game with zero big gainers out of Murphy. ( 2 catches for 30 yds )
6 WR Terrell Owens BUF ATL If Brohm starts, the Bill's will favor Jackson and Lynch this week which further diminishes Owens's value. ( 3 catches for 30 yds )
7 WR Steve Breaston ARI STL Has really disappeared from the offense lately. Doesn't change that pattern this week. ( 3 catches for 40 yds )
2 WR Josh Reed BUF ATL Reed had his best game of the season last week, but he is too inconsistent to be used as a starting fantasy WR. ( 1 catch for 10 yds )
0 WR Amani Toomer FA*
0 WR Jerheme Urban ARI STL
1 TE Michael Gaines CLE OAK ( 1 catch for 6 yds )
6 TE Alge Crumpler TEN SDC Gets just a few looks in week 16 ( 3 catches for 20 yds )
