Starters for week 16

6 QB Ben RoethlisbergerP PIT KCC It's been a roller coaster season for Roethlisberger. If you're still dancing with him under center we wouldn't pull him but be wary of a lower scoring game this week. ( 267 yds pass with 2 TDs and 1 Int; 3 yds rush )
0 RB Branden Oliver R SDC SFO Started once again in relief of Ryan Mathews, rushing for just 26 yards versus Denver. His four receptions did help (especially in PPR formats) although to a larger point, Oliver has done little for fantasy since October. ( 40 yds rush; 3 catches for 21 yds )
0 RB Alfred Morris WAS PHI 55 total rush yards in two combined weeks. If you're in the championship round, you're holding out hope that the return of RGIII means Morris gets back to what he does best. There is a ton of risk here, as Philly could stack the box and force Griffin to beat them in the air. ( 71 yds rush; 1 catch for 9 yds )
0 WR James Jones OAK BUF Eleven targets against Kansas City and he did manage to score a touchdown, therefore Jones is the guy if you're looking to harness any fantasy production from this erratic passing attack. He now has 70 receptions for a paltry 646 yards, with five touchdowns -- WR3/4 territory in PPR formats, well below that otherwise. ( 6 catches for 49 yds )
6 WR Fantasy Football Lineup StudA.J. Green CIN DEN The good news: the Bengals are going to need to throw in this one. Before you go penciling in a big day for Green though, refresh yourself with prime time Andy Dalton. Green may need all of his yards and scores to justify this start, but lets be honest - you can't bench him. Good luck. ( 1 yd rush; 7 catches for 94 yds and 1 TD )
0 TE Delanie WalkerQ TEN JAC Charlie Whitehurst is expected to start for the Titans. During his four-game (three starts) injury-relief stint earlier this season (Week 4 through Week 7), Whitehurst flashed some decent chemistry with Walker (knee). Consider Walker a decent play for Thursday night against a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that ranked 17th in fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends during the last month. ( 4 catches for 51 yds )
12 PK Adam Vinatieri IND DAL Vinatieri is a strong play versus a Dallas Cowboys defense that ranked only 16th in fantasy points allowed to enemy kickers during the month. The Cowboys/Colts matchup promises to be high scoring. ( 3 XPs, 2 FGs )
0 Def Denver Broncos DEN CIN Maybe not a marquee matchup, traveling to Cincinnati. This defense isn't allowing many points to the opposition, however, and forces its share of turnovers. ( 2 sacks, 1 INT, 1 Fumble, 20 Points, 287 Yards )

3 QB Colin Kaepernick SFO SDC Three straight poor starts and they're out of the playoff picture. This season can't end fast enough for him. He'll being going through the motions these next two weeks. ( 198 yds pass with 1 TD and 1 Int; 34 yds rush )
0 RB Montee BallI DEN CIN
0 RB Chris JohnsonP NYJ NEP In his current time share with Ivory, Johnson continues to provide minimal fantasy value. This week is also not the best of match ups as the Patriots are one of the better teams against the run. ( 44 yds rush; 1 catch for 12 yds )
0 RB Tre Mason R STL NYG No one should be surprised by the difficulty producing against a very strong Cardinals run defense last week. For owners still playing this week he'll be a candidate for 20+ touches. ( 76 yds rush; 2 catches for 18 yds )
0 WR Larry FitzgeraldQ ARI SEA He's no stranger to playing with backup quarterbacks in recent years. He's a great security blanket for a young QB. High risk play this week for those needing to roll the dice. ( 4 catches for 45 yds )
0 WR Eric Decker NYJ NEP Decker is coming off his first 100 yard receiving game this season. Temper your expectations as he was held to 65 receiving yards when these teams met in New England back in week 7. ( 6 catches for 67 yds )
0 TE Jordan ReedP WAS PHI Too inconsistent to trust. Same is said for the quarterback. ( 5 catches for 50 yds )
8 PK Matt Prater DET CHI With the Lions poised to put up a big number on the Bears, Prater will get plenty of opportunities for both three and extra pointers. ( 2 XPs, 2 FGs )
Status: P = Probable; Q = Questionable; D = Doubtful; O = Out; S = Suspended; R = Rookie
