He's "the next Randy Moss." Which could mean anything.

Negatives
Rookie player with a rookie QB on a bad offense.

Draft Strategy
As a backup player, I don't mind taking a flier on Green. He has the size and raw ability. The Bengals should be behind a lot and chucking the ball up there. Somebody has to catch it sometimes. There's also a chance he really is the next Randy Moss and can be a fantasy starter as a rookie.
