QB Trent Edwards
Edwards enters the 2008 season as the Bills’ Starting QB. In 10 games last season he threw seven TD passes and eight picks. While the Bills expect much more out of Edwards this year with the addition of WR James Hardy, he had four games last season where he did not complete a TD pass. Edwards is at best a backup fantasy QB or bye week fill in. Let someone else draft him .

QB J.P. Losman
Lost the starting QB job last season to Edwards in Week 3 after an injury. Unless Edwards falters or gets injured Losman has no value.

QB’s Gibran Hamdan | Matt Baker
Fighting it out for the #3 QB position; neither currently has any value.

RB Marshawn Lynch
Lynch won't be suspended for his involvement in a hit-and-run accident in June. Lynch finished last season with 1,115 rushing yards and seven touchdowns. He also had 18 catches for 184 yards and a touchdown after replacing Willis McGahee. It has been reported that this season the Bills would like Lynch to be more involved in the passing game. Current drafts have Lynch going as an early second-round pick. Keep an eye on how tackle Jason Peters' holdout plays out.

RB Fred Jackson
Jackson will backup Lynch, and he will see some limited action each week. In his only start replacing an injured Lynch last season, he had 82 yards rushing and 69 yards receiving. Due to his limited action he is not worth much more than a handcuff for Lynch.

RB Dwayne Wright
Currently projected to be the #3 RB, he will see some action on special teams .

WR Lee Evans
Last year Evans was a disappointment to fantasy owners as he didn't score his first receiving TD until Week 8. He had seven games with two or less receptions. While the addition of WR James Hardy is expected to open up the offense QB Trent Edwards is still a work in progress. Evans is a high-risk, high-reward selection at the WR position, but should no longer viewed as one of the top tier WR's. Early drafts have him going in the late fifth, early sixth round.

WR Roscoe Parrish
He established career highs in 2007 with 35 catches, 352 receiving yards and two TDs (one of which was a rushing TD). Parrish isn't consistent enough to add to your roster. The addition of Hardy and possible Edwards-to-Royal connection could diminish what little value Parrish had.

WR James Hardy
Hardy hasn't seen much action so far in the preseason. In dynasty leagues he has more value, as rookie wide receivers tend to struggle. He is worth no more than taking a last-round flyer as a player with some possible upside. In current fantasy drafts he is coming off the board in the 16th round.

WR Josh Reed
Reed had back surgery in the offseason and has still not recovered. Additionally he has fallen on the depth chart to the current #4 WR. Based on his current spot in the teams’ wide receiver order, added to the fact that he didn’t find the end zone last season, Reed is better left undrafted.

TE Robert Royal
Royal set career highs last season; however, his primary role is blocking. His production is too inconsistent to be counted on a weekly basis. Watch his utilization under new offensive coordinator Turk Schonert as he will probably be available through the waiver wire later in the season.

TE Courtney Anderson
Anderson played two games for both Atlanta and Detroit last season and produced nothing. Anderson currently has little fantasy value.

TE Derek Fine  
Fine is a 2008 draft pick that is not expected to see much action.
