LT, Larry Johnson, MJD, Carson Palmer, Braylon Edwards…I could go on and on, but what’s the point. We’re two weeks into the season and a lot of high draft picks are sitting on 0-2 teams. Is it time to panic? Not yet, give it another week or two.
There is still hope. If David Spade, 44,…
can have a brief relationship and father a child with this girl, former Playboy centerfold, Jillian Grace, 22,…
Then, by gosh, there is hope for your 0-2 team and The Corner of Knowledge is here to point you in the right direction.
Grace also briefly dated 40-year old
You can’t tell me that J.T. O’Sullivan isn’t available in at least one league that you play in.
He just threw for 321 yards and one touchdown against the Seahawks and has the Lions and Saints coming up in the next two weeks.
He’s completed 65.4 %, 34-of-52, of his passes and is looking quite comfortable in Mike Martz’s offense.
If you have room on your roster you may want to consider keeping O’Sullivan as the 49ers are at
Jason Campbell looked bad in week 1 on national television versus the Giants which left a bad taste in the mouth of most fantasy owners.
But
If you missed out on rookie sensations Eddie Royal and DeSean Jackson don’t sweat it. Donnie Avery is finally healthy and looking like he’ll be getting more playing time for the Rams especially with fellow rookie Keenan Burton suffering a knee injury in Sunday’s game. Avery was the first wide receiver drafted this year and the Rams definitely need to do something to get their offense back on track.
The Seahawks picked up a couple of wide receivers when they signed Koren Robinson and traded for Keary Colbert.
It’s possible that Robinson who has some familiarity with the Seahawks offense, having played for
Matt Leinart, Byron Leftwich and Brady Quinn are all quarterbacks that you may want to consider stashing on your roster. Kurt Warner has been remarkable, but I find it hard believe that he’ll be healthy for a full 16 games. For what it’s worth Cardinals coach Ken Wisenhunt thought Leinart looked good in his short stint on Sunday, albeit Leinart only attempted two passes. Should Leinart become the starter he would have serious upside throwing to Fitzpatrick and Boldin.
Ben Roethlisberger took another hit on his shoulder late in Sunday’s game and although the Steelers won’t admit it they have to be worried. Big Ben will be held out of practice on Wednesday, but is expected to play on Sunday. Byron Leftwich would take over should Roethlisberger go down and would have some nice upside.
It hasn’t been all his fault, but Derek Anderson has not looked good.
He has a QB rating of 57.1 and has thrown for only 1 touchdown in the Browns first two games.
I think
