Did You Survive Week 1? Who to Take in Week 2...

| More

Here we are in Week 2 and if you are reading this article, you must have advanced. Unlike Week 1, there are multiple choices for you to decide between this week. Here are some of the teams you should consider in Week 2:

SOLID PICKS

BENGALS @ Browns - If you read my week 1 article, it says beware of the road divisional teams. The Browns are an exception. They looked awful Sunday vs. Pittsburgh and this is a brutal start to their season with two home games vs. divisional rivals. The Bengals should dominate the Browns similiar to how the Steelers did. They are a solid pick in Week 2.

STEELERS vs. Bills - The Steelers are coming home after a dominating divisional win over Cleveland last week. The Bills will face another tough defense in the Steelers and going to Pittsburgh with the terrible towels is not easy. The Steelers are another solid pick this week if you didn't use them last week.

JAGUARS vs. Falcons - I'm not ready to put this as a lead-pipe lock just because the Jaguars didn't look too good last week. However, the Falcons are awful and what are the chances that the Jags drop to 0-2 at home to start the year. If they do, they may as well cash it in because the AFC doesn't allow you many slip-ups.

LOCK-IT-UP

BRONCOS vs. Raiders - The Raiders got beat by the Lions at home in Week 1. This is a divisional game, but it's not your typical Raiders-Broncos rivalry game. The Raiders are bad and the QB situation is not steady. This is the Broncos home opener and expect them to play better than they did against the Bills in Buffalo.

BEARS vs. Chiefs - Mix in a bad Chiefs team with an 0-1 Bears team and put them on Soldier Field in Week 2. The Bears cannot and will not fall to 0-2 to start the year. The defense was on top of their game in San Diego last week until the 4th quarter. I will be suprised if the Chiefs score more than 3 points this game. The Bears will win this game big in front of the home fans.
