The final changes to the Shark Leagues have been made and currently 32 leagues are in place.  Notices have gone out - so past players watch your in baskets. 

Drafting for leagues ready to go (where all owners have checked into the league sites at myfantasyleague.com) will begin on August 6th.  We will start to open up unclaimed spots August 3rd to registered site members - sign ups are in the forums dedicated to the Shark Leagues.  We are in the process of updating those forums to reflect the changes to the leagues, but until then watch the Open Forum for all Shark League related announcements.

Rules are updated and can be seen by following the link on the lower left side of your screen.  The only amendments to those I know of now are that advancement within the leagues is by winning or by being the 13 week regular season total points winner (not 17 weeks as reported) AND that ALL levels of the Shark Leagues are Free!!!!!! AND we have just begun filling Tiger Shark Leagues, which will be the first expansion leagues after we get the first 32 running.  So if you haven't played before and want to, again watch the Open Forum for announcements, as we should have plenty of interest and I am confident an entirely new round of leagues kicking off mid-August.  In fact, I have the green light from Tony to open up a new league every time we get 12 signups, right up until the Tigers are filled!  Please though, if you already have a team in a league, refrain from siging up for more, unless we need you to fill a league (and we will then say so), as the new format makes multiple ownership challenging for us!

So if you have played before - go open your email and go log in! If for some reason you don't get your email, let me know ASAP! 

If you haven't played and want to, go sign up to be a replacement!  And if those fill and you are still outside looking in, go sign up for expansion leagues to start up later this pre-season!
