Welcome to Week 10! We've got a lot in store for you this week including a new addition to the 'Studs' list and a deep sleeper 'Start' at wide receiver. Let's take a break from all the election coverage and do something we can all agree on...checkout this week's Start/Bench. QUARTERBACKS
START
Jake Locker, Tennessee at Miami: Locker, who has been cleared to practice this week, is coming off an injury to his non-throwing shoulder and could be ready to start should he prove healthy enough this week in practice. The Titans will be facing a Colts defense that has allowed 14 touchdown passes on the season while only recording two interceptions. With Kenny Britt back healthy and Chris Johnson running like the CJ of old there is plenty of fire power in this Titans offense. But remember to check back throughout the week as we'll be awaiting the green light from Titans head coach Mike Munchak for Locker to start. Joe Flacco, Baltimore vs. Oakland: Flacco has been downright unimpressive over his last four games having thrown for under 200 yards on three occasions while throwing only three touchdown passes over that span. But a matchup versus a Raiders defense that has allowed 14 touchdown passes on the season while only picking off five passes could be just what the doctor ordered. Those five interceptions have come in just two games as they had three versus Atlanta and two versus Kansas City. Opposing quarterbacks have scored double-digit fantasy points in seven out of eight games versus the Raiders this season.
BENCH
Jay Cutler, Chicago vs. Houston: Cutler will be facing a Texans defense that has allowed one-or-less touchdown passes in five out of eight games this season. Cutler has thrown for 300 yards or more only once this season and that was back in Week 1. In two out of his last three games Cutler has thrown for 186 yards or less and only one touchdown. This will be Cutler's toughest matchup so far this season, and as we've seen back in Week 2 versus Green Bay when he threw four interceptions, when things go bad, they go really bad. Michael Vick, Philadelphia vs. Dallas: Oh, Michael Vick, if you couldn't be productive against the lowly Saints pass defense how can you possibly be effective versus a top pass defense like the Cowboys? The Cowboys are the fifth toughest defense in fantasy versus opposing quarterbacks having only allowed seven touchdown passes. On the bright side, they've only picked off three passes. Vick will be lucky to make it through this game healthy, let alone productive.
