It's time for luck week 13. In some leagues, it's the final week before the playoffs. For those of you curious about my fantasy season, here's where

my teams stand. I'm in four leagues, one of them being a dynasty league. My records are as follows: 10-2 (Shark league, 2nd in division!), 6-6 (1st in division?!?), 6-4-2 (2nd in division), and 4-7-1 (dynasty league). That's three out of four leagues that I'm in the playoff hunt. This week is HUGE for me in two separate leagues so I'll be paying very close attention to the news wire over the weekend for any last minute updates. Good luck to those of you needing a big week 13 to make your season a success.

When using this list, try and remember a couple basic rules:

1) Studs - Always play your studs. Each position will include a list of players that are considered studs and should not be benched. If you have the luxury of needing to decide between studs, check out the matchups or feel free to let the shark tank assist you in your decisions. This list will change from week to week. The first week, the studs will consist of the preseason top "tier" at each position.

2) Depth - Every fantasy team is different and some have more depth than others. Only follow the recommended moves if your team depth allows you to make such a move.

Drew Brees, New Orleans vs. San Francisco

Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh (vs. Tampa Bay): Big Ben has thrown three INTs in each of the Steelers last two games, but his success should turn around this week against Tampa Bay who has allowed 12 TD passes in the past four games including five to Tony Romo and the Cowboys last week.

Steve McNair, Baltimore (vs. Cincinnati): McNair threw for 245 yards the last time he faced the Bengals and should post very solid stats through the air as the Ravens look to clinch the AFC North title with a win.

David Garrard, Jacksonville (vs. Miami): Garrard threw for only 132 yards last week, but his fantasy numbers were respectable thanks to two TD passes. This week, don't expect big things from Garrard in Miami as the Dolphins defense is coming together nicely down the stretch.

Vince Young, Tennessee (vs. Indianapolis): Don't be fooled by the big numbers Young posted last week against the Giants. The last time Young faced the Colts he threw for only 63 yards with no TDs and one INT although he did rush for a TD. Young will once again have success on the ground, but his passing numbers won't be enough to make him worthy of a start.

Laurence Maroney, New England (vs. Detroit): Despite splitting carries with Corey Dillon, Maroney is producing solid fantasy numbers thanks to his new role in the passing attack. Maroney has caught four passes in each of the past two weeks including a TD against the Packers two weeks ago. Look for Maroney to continue to play a part in the New England passing attack, but his success on the ground this week will make him a solid start at home against the Lions who couldn't stop Sammy Morris on Turkey Day.

Travis Henry, Tennessee (vs. Indianapolis): Henry had a poor showing last week, but he rushed for 123 yards on only 19 carries in the last meeting with the Colts. With the Titans likely to struggle in the passing attack, look for Henry's carries to approach 30 and the yardage will be there for the taking.

Joseph Addai, Indianapolis (vs. Tennessee): Addai pulled an 'LT' last week rushing for four TDs along with 171 yards on 24 carries. While Addai is unlikely to repeat that performance, he should approach the 100-yard mark and a TD is not out of the question with his involvement in the Colts superior passing attack.

Bench

Kevin Jones, Detroit (vs. New England): Jones is practicing this week after an ankle injury kept him on the sidelines last week. Unfortunately, Jones and the Lions head to New England where the Pats have allowed less than 60 yards rushing in three of their past five games.

Rudi Johnson, Cincinnati (vs. Baltimore): Despite carrying the ball 25 times, Johnson rushed for only 64 yards against a below-average Browns run defense last week. This week, Johnson faces the Ravens who have allowed the 2nd fewest rushing yards in the NFL. Don't expect big things from Johnson as the Bengals will air it out leaving Johnson fighting for yardage.

Ronnie Brown/Sammy Morris, Miami (vs. Jacksonville): Brown is doubtful this week and Sammy Morris is unlikely to have much success against a Jaguars defense that has only allowed an average of 45 yards rushing over the past two games.

Start

Bernard Berrian, Chicago (vs. Minnesota): Berrian is healthy again and has a great matchup against the Vikings this week who have allowed an average of 332 yards passing over the past three games. Look for Berrian to crack the 100-yard mark for the 3rd time this season.

Donald Driver, Green Bay (vs. N.Y. Jets): Driver is still Favre's best option in the passing game and you can bet Favre will look to improve on his three-INTs from last week in snowy Seattle. Look for Favre to find Driver more than the two times in each of the past two games against the Jets in the friendly confines of Lambeau field.

Santana Moss, Washington (vs. Atlanta): Be sure the check the status of Moss and his hamstring over the weekend. If his status does not improve from questionable, you may want to look elsewhere. However, it would be a shame if Moss wasn't able to take advantage of this matchup against a Falcons team that is ranked 30th in the NFL in passing yards allowed.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Cincinnati (vs. Baltimore): Housh seems fully recovered from the vicious hit he received two weeks ago as his seven catches for 79 yards and a score last week can attest to. Look for T.J. and the Bengals to go up top against the Ravens as both Houshmandzadeh and Ocho Cinco should provide valuable stats this week.

Bench

Keyshawn Johnson, Carolina (vs. Philadelphia): Johnson posted six catches in two of the past three weeks but did not surpass 40 yards in either week. The yardage won't be there this week either against the Eagles who are looking for some redemption after being picked apart by the Colts last week.

Eddie Kennison, Kansas City (vs. Cleveland): Kennison posted 132 yards on six catches back in week eight and hasn't had that many receiving yards combined in the four games since then. Look for the LJ show to continue for the Chiefs as Green and Kennison take a back seat until someone proves they can stop the run.

Joey Galloway, Tampa Bay (vs. Pittsburgh): If Gradkowski could throw the deep ball consistently, Galloway would be posting some serious stats. Instead, it's one deep pass per game if he's lucky. Look for the Steelers to pressure Gradkowski reducing his time in the pocket to wait for Galloway to separate himself down field from his defenders. The short passing game doesn't bode well for Galloway.

Braylon Edwards, Cleveland (vs. Kansas City): Edwards took a page out of the T.O. handbook as he had some words with QB Charlie Frye following last week's disappointing loss to the Bengals. The Browns won't have much success in the air against the Chiefs this week, but don't be surprised if the success they do have is no thanks to Edwards and his attitude.

Heath Miller, Pittsburgh (vs. Tampa Bay): With Hines Ward questionable for this week's game against the Bucs, Miller's role in the passing game will be expanded and he will not disappoint. Look for 5+ catches along with 60+ yards and a TD for Miller at home this week.

Desmond Clark, Chicago (vs. Minnesota): Look for Clark to improve on the two-catch, 31-yard performance he posted the last time the Bears faced the Vikings way back in week three. The Bears will have a ton of success in the air and they'll be enough to go around.

Owen Daniels, Houston (vs. Oakland): Daniels has been a very pleasant surprise for the Houston offensive attack, but don't expect much against the Raiders who have allowed the least amount of passing yards in the NFL this season. Daniels will be blocking more than usual this week which doesn't bode well for Daniels' owners.

George Wrighster, Jacksonville (vs. Miami): With Gerrard expected to struggle on the road in Miami this week, Wrighster and every other member of the Jaguars passing attack should be started in emergency situations only.
