The Rules 

You are required to choose 8 players, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE and 1 K, from different teams.  However, each week you will need to come back to the site and choose another 8 players.  The previous weeks players will default in.  You can keep the current ‘roster’ or make additional changes to your players.  Once you are finished you must submit your roster.  Rosters will not be carried forward week to week.  You are required to submit a roster each week.  Everyone clear on that?

The following scoring system will be used to calculate player’s scores:

Scoring System

Rosters must be finalized one hour before kickoff of the first game of the week.  Pay attention to the early games if there are any that week.  You will be locked out of the contest for that week if you don’t submit a roster on time.

Nor are we responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.  In the unlikely event there are problems with the programming associated with the contest or used by FantasySharks.com, we’re not responsible.  In the event that the National Football League season is postponed, terminated early, or cancelled for any reason (such as a strike or lockout), FantasySharks.com reserves the right to award prizes based on scores at the time the season is disrupted, to cancel, modify or suspend the game at its discretion. FantasySharks.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft of or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, subscriptions or picks. FantasySharks.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants due to or resulting from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials.

The contest will run the entire length of the regular season.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the highest point total for any given week.  If a tie still exists, the second highest point total for any given week will determine the winner.  This will continue until a winner is decided.  If there is still a tie the contest winnings will be divided as equally as possible among the remaining winners. 

The winner will be contacted via email within 14 days after the official results are posted at the conclusion of the contest. Winners are also posted on the FantasySharks.com web site. Winners must return via email or regular mail an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) within 15 days following attempted notification. Failure to comply with this requirement can result in disqualification. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission to FantasySharks.com to use their names, photographs, likenesses, voices, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a winner is disqualified an alternate winner will be selected.

In the event that any provision of the rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of the rules be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.
