Too many evaluate players today purely on performance statistics and how they look on film. A quarterback is born, not bred and certainly not taught. The trait that causes one quarterback to succeed over another is primarily leadership. The top quarterbacks know that they are nothing without the team around them and they make the team around them better to help them succeed. A leader will invigorate and motivate those around them in whatever they do in life, it is a part of who they are.
