The 49'ers look great and Alex Smith looks the part. Amazing really. Hats off to Jim Harbaugh. The 49'ers win this simply because they can run and throw through the Lions almost as if there was no one there. The Lions will throw, throw, and then throw some more, making Matt Stafford a surprising big play candidate of the week against a storied 49'ers defense. Stafford is just that good.
