Was lucky enough to get in on Carolina +7.5 a day before the game, so made some coin on the Panthers. Wish I had played the Colts, they looked great. And the Eagles barely showed up against the Packers. Only 3 games left in the season. Indy @ New England (-3) Carolina +4 @ Philly: Donovan McNabb did NOT look confident last week, but somehow got the job done. The Eagles Rush defense did not look very good either. Can’t back the Eagles here. The Panthers played a complete game (offense and defense), but I think the Rams were a bit overrated. I can’t imagine Philly chokes again trying to get to the big game, but I wouldn’t want to lay points. Also, John Fox used to coach the Giants who used to seem to have McNabb’s number. I’m inclined to take the points offered here, as the Panthers won’t quit, and the Eagles may have some problems. Carolina +4 *** For the Superbowl, I'll of course have my big-game pick...but also look for my special article on prop bets coming soon for the big-game! G'Luck! Vinnie |
