Vinnie's Pick$ and Pa$$es - Week 11

| More

Ouch, stubbed our toe last week with a 1-2 record. It’s been a while since I had a losing week, so I guess I was due. Who knew Peyton would throw 6 interceptions, Automatic Adam V would miss two field goals, that and the Colt defense would shut out San Diego in the second half. Heck, the Colt defense should be crying, not Peyton. Actually, not sure who is whining more, the people who lost $$ on the Colts last week, or Peyton? Hmm……

In any case, no way does Vinnie have two losing weeks in a row, and I promised a major play this week, the second huge play of the year ( Dallas at Buffalo was the first).

Arizona +3.5 @ Cincy : Both teams coming off solid wins. However, the coach of the Cardinals know the Bengals well. Looks for the Cardinals to keep it close and perhaps even get the road win here. Cincy’s defense can’t stop the Cardinals here. Take the points.  Arizona +3.5 *****

Oakland +5.5 @ Minny : Yes, Oakland has a terrible record, but they fight a good fight against mediocre teams. Minny fits that bill, and has QB issues besides. Daunte Culpepper returns to the Metrodome too. In a low scoring game, take the points.  Oakland +5.5*****

New England -15 @ Buffalo : Sunday Night Football in Buffalo . Night football worked out so well, that the fans wanted to do it again. While Buffalo won’t win the game, 15 points is too much. This is Buffalo ’s chance to show the nation they are a decent football team. Look for Buffalo to execute on special teams, and keep the game under double digits. Buy some Labatts, order some hot wings, and win on the second ten star play of the year Buffalo +15 **********

Three dogs sniff out some cash for Vinnie this week.

Arizona +3.5 *****

Oakland +5.5*****

Buffalo +15 **********

G’Luck,

Vinnie!
