Vinnie's Pick$ and Pa$$es - Week 13

| More

Vinnie – Week #13,

OK, We’re starting the stretch run. One more solid week with no losers, and I might be able to show my mug in the hometown again without worrying about an accident and ending up in the hospital. Turkey was on the table last Thursday as the Falcons easily dismantled the un-inspired Lions. The Lions played so poorly, the coach was fired before we had a chance to bet against them again. And, the Giants played a very competitive game with the Seahawks. So close it went to overtime. Tough game, easy winner.

Week 13 picks – time to separate the contenders and pretenders.

Washington -3 @ St. Louis Rams: St. Louis never gave up and had an incredible comeback last with an unknown backup QB. However, Houston was looking more towards getting a top pick in April’s Draft, and didn’t care about losing anyways. Unless Ryan Fitz is the next Tom Brady, expect this to be an ugly game for the Rams. Washington -3 *****

Parley this game with the New England Patriots on the moneyline -600, and get a better return on your money. Pats MUST win to start their playoff push. Normally, Washington -3 bet $110 to win $100. With this parley bet, $110 pays $135. $135 - $100 = $35 extra profit. $35 / $110 > 30% more profit with this simple, betting strategy.

Just one pick, the easiest win of the season here folks.

Washington -3 (Parleyed with the Patriots -600) *****
