With all the troubles with the chiefs running game is there a chance Jackie Battle takes over as the Chiefs #1 RB.

Coach Todd Haley confirmed that Jackie Battle will receive "more and more opportunities" going forward.

I wouldn't go overboard, but if they continue to use the backs like this, he has a great opportunity in those matchups. In a standard league, I'd take a chance if I needed help. In a PPR, it would depend.

I picked him up and am taking the wait and see approach.

I think he will be given the chance to do big things but whether he does or not is still to be seen.

All we can ask for is an opportunity which he has earned.

you never know..some guys with the oppurtunity run with it..others don't...I have him in a couple of leagues and will wait a game or two to see if he at least a #2 back..if you are counting on him being your #2 back going forward for the rest of the year you probably are in trouble........

I am wondering the same thing.

Grabbed him 2 weeks ago just because, now with Fragile Felix going down and McCoy on a bye, I am needing to start one of (Battle, M Bush, Demarco Murray)...

i'm afraid i need to decide between him and tolbert as my flex since Stevie Johnson and A.J Green will be out this week.

that leaves me with the following:

RB: AP, SJax, Battle/Tolbert

WR: Megatron, DHB (<--another guy im not too keen on starting)

He's my #4 back, but I'll be going with him this week bc of byes. The Raiders run defense is pretty awful, so I think he could have some success.

Im about to give up Tim Tebow for him. Do yall think thats a good deal. My starters are:
Stafford or Eil
R. Rice, Forte
Jennings, Nicks, Julio in my slot
J. Finley
Im just going to take a chance on him.

Well, I still think Tebow's upside is way higher, but you don't need him with Stafford and Eli. I would try and get something more, but if not, for your needs, I guess there's no reason not to take a chance on a starting RB.
