My cousin is a judge who had a case last year of a monster who kidnapped, raped and murdered a small child. She sentenced him in a specific way that insured he would spend at least 1 hour each day in general population. Told him at the sentencing hearing that she wanted him to feel the fear that little boy felt every day. Ripped by the liberal media here, and applauded by everyone else. Hope it is possible that this monster gets the same deal.

I read a couple articles yesterday and day before with details from a a few different testimonies.
Impossible to understand the depravity of the human mind after reading just one...let alone the testimony of witness #9.

If this guy gets anything less than life in prison it will be an outrage

Apparently Victim #4 just eviscerated him the first day. Also the feds are waiting in the wings. If somehow he gets off (9 of the 12 jurors have Penn State ties) they can charge him with transporting victims over state lines.

Big brother is watching...

just saw an article about one of the victims testimony about how life is now, and apparently Sandusky's reaction was that the kid went downhill only after leaving his mentoring program. According to the article, it seems that Sandusky has no idea what this all really means and seems to be still under the impression that this is all just a big misunderstanding. There has to be something seriously wrong with him mentally to be under that belief, and I heard the defense was planning to try to claim some medical issue regarding his inability to know right from wrong. I can't imagine being on the jury and hearing something like that and thinking "oh that explains everything, he's good to go"

I have to think that could work against him too. 9 of 12 jurors are pissed off about what Sandusky has done to Penn States reputation. I hope he lives forever. In prison. In gen pop.

Defense attorney Joe Amendola declined to say if Sandusky would testify. "Stay tuned. It's like a soap opera. If I tell you, it takes all the excitement out of it," Amendola said. When asked which soap opera, Amendola first said, "General Hospital," then changed his answer to "All My Children."
