Haven't looked it up, but sounds good.

I bought a house 2 years ago. Previous owner used Behr paints in every room (leftover cans are marked for every room). EXCEPT the room I wanted to paint. I figure I can go to Home Depot and have them look up our address to get the exact color paint. They told me they do not keep any of that on file. :(

Local Sherwin Williams kept track of all that for me at my old house. May have to look into this although I'm moving again and not sure what home/hardware store will be closest for me.

even if ya move and there is no lowe's at least you can put in the dimensions of the rooms and figure out how much paint ya need, of if ya decide to put down some flooring how much to get. there is also an area for notes which is great I put down the sizes of our windows so when we went for curtains I knew how many and what sizes. Its a great tool even if ya dont but the things at Lowes.

They can color match it for you. :thumbright: The back of the paint can tells you how many sq ft it covers, don't need no computer for that. My ears are burning in here. :F

how does that help if you don't have the dimensions of the room? The computer is used to do measurements one time and have it stored somewhere so you always have it available for reference. You can do this on paper too or just by memory, but entering it somewhere on a computer is just how they do it there.

I will not darken Lowes door. I will not support a supporter of Jimmy Johnson. I trade with Home Depot because of it.
