You need to watch fot a notice here to go grab a team. From Pat's link above:
"Once all the returning players are set, we will open up low level leagues for new owners and start those drafts as they fill up. That should happen mid August as well, with drafts going right up to kickoff! So new hopefuls – watch for that opportunity! "

Wish there were a waiting list we could get on...also interested in getting into a low level league and begin working up. Don't know why I haven't seen this before...

I want to join a shark league, used this forum last season and loved it. Any idea when I could get in a lower league?

People have until today to claim teams, technically that is until today (not inclusive of), but I let people back right up until I replace them. THEN I have to move everyone around again, THEN I reinvite all old players. THEN I set up expansion. In a perfect world that will be a day or two. But certainly by week's end.

And there is no list because lists don't work. People get on them and dissapear. The way I do it works great, as it is up to an idividual to grab an actual team, signing up requires a log in, so you are committed. You will see as soon as I get to it. Patience. And if you have trouble with patience, be sure and read the rules so you realize before we start that drafts can take up to ten days. Once you accept the format, it is actually a fun break from traditional drafts.
