I know Spike Lee likes to be a race-baiter. And he sometimes has good evidence to back the baiting up.

But in this case? You're trying too hard.

He's implying GMs/owners are shying away because he's a black man with a divisive opinion. It's a cliche, but the only color owners care about is green.

The problem, Spike, is that Kap sucks as a QB. If he was good he'd be snapped up in a heartbeat.

Bad players who are a distraction get blackballed all the time. If the distraction outweighs the talent, why would anyone want to invest?

Are we talking about the same owners who charged the military for the privilege to stand at midfield to salute the flag?

Yes we are, one and the same. It's all about green.

He is underrated considering how well he played with a bad supporting cast last year. He should be on a roster this year.

Teams are likely waiting for the draft before signing Kaep, Cutler, RGII ect.

Happy 60th birthday Spike. :party-smiley-050:

When you're done getting Kaep a job, can you work in some time for AP too?

I'm giving him crap, but he is good enough to be on a roster. I wish San Fran hadn't bungled their relationship with Harbaugh.

I laughed at "literal Nazis". Goose-stepping librarians, ja?

I've seen morons arguing how he should be in jail and other stupidity. So yeah, he's going to bring a little heat to the team that signs him. In the end though I think he's got talent enough to deserve a spot in the league but he still needs some serious coaching.

IMO, like Tebow, if he isn't your starting QB, he offers next to nothing coming in as a back-up QB because you'd have to change the entire offense around to fit him in and have a chance at success.
