through 9 rounds, thoughts:

-love andre johnson in the first round. i'm always a fan of starting runs rather than following them.

-your WR corps is looking very very good.

-....at the cost of your RB corps. shrewd picks in the later rounds will be required. that said, those that went RB early will likely be focusing on other positions at that point which may give you the opportunity to load up on multiple upside picks.

-i have become a fan of drafting two QBs within close proximity to each other. i like stafford's upside more than freeman's though, homer bias acknowledged. regardless, this strategy has become something i rarely deviate from over the past couple years.

Tony love this draft. Dmac gives you a potential top 5 RB and your wr's are light years ahead of anyone else. Steal to get DMac there.

When do you feel is a the right time to grab Gates in a ppr format? The guy was top 10 OVERALL last year before getting hurt. I pick 12th and have taken him at the 3/4 turn and then hope a guy like Britt falls to the next turn. Ideally I end up like this:

DMac
Nicks
Gates
Mathews
Britt
BPA whoever

Is that too early for Gates? If I don't get Gates I always wait and grab a guy like Graham a few rounds later.

Nice draft Tony. The only say I'd like it more if you went with either Dwill or Bradshaw over Marshall.

I am pretty shocked that Brady fell to the 5th round. Great pick up!

Yeah .. Rodgers in the 2nd or Brady in the 5th, not sure there's a tremendous difference really.

i agree, team is very iffy at rb2 and has bad depth too, might be able to fix in a trade down the road or be very active on ww to grab a breakout rb,team will be scrwed if dmac gets injured
