Nobodies really hit the nail on the head.

Philly's oline stinks, Vick doesn't have time to wait for De Sean's patterns to develop. He'll be good vs teams with a poor pass rush and inconsistent/invisible vs those with a good rush. I preferred Maclin because he gets more targets and his routs are underneath.

When watching pre-season games, pay attention to how the olines are playing, although I'd say there are more poor olines than I can ever remember this season.

The o-line play by PHI is as good as last year (not good). Sadly, they may actually be better in some ways. Vick's agility buy him time and also gets the zone defense to potentially commit to certain gaps or seems....which helps Djax. It really doesn't matter too much about the O-line there regarding Djax because nothing changed in that regard from last year. Djax is just a hot/cold player with the way he is used in that offense. It's that simple.

Looking at last year's game logs...he really just had 5 good games in 14 total. So with 1 in 3....he needs just 4 in the next 11 to match that.

I'd say Philly's oline is worst than last season. Not sure how many rookies their starting up front but that unit just about got him killed in the pre-season, & let him get him knocked out twice in two games. That's not better.......

That's cause our O-line coach is playing D-Coordinator ](*,) Well, that's not all of it, but I stand by my ](*,)

I know this isn't the dynasty forum, but whats the thought on him over the next couple of years. I have his in a group with Fitz/Marshall/TBMW. I've been shopping him around the league and basically the best offers are high end rb prospects and a rnd 1 pick or two.

Personally, I don't believe he'll ever be a truly elite wr. Over the last 3 years he's averaging about 1000/7 and I think with all the 2 for 26 games that teams might be better off with selling him and playing the hot waiver wire hand of the week.

I don't own him this year, but I've owned him in the past. Benching him -- any week -- is a mistake. You'd be better off just trading him on the cheap. If you're going to own him, play him.

If he's frustrating, and I have a good alternative, wouldn't I be better off waiting for the explosion, and then trading him?

Not a bad plan. I had him last year too and like mentioned above, he's frustrating. But he was my #3 WR behind Megatron, Lloyd/V.Jackson. As a #3 WR, he's worth a spot. As your #2, its frustrating. Granted, when he explodes, he can win you weeks.

Name a deep threat that does it consistently? Vjax isnt doing much different. 1 great game, a stinker and a so-so game. Thats how it goes. Dont sit this guy. It isnt worth the regret if you miss one of his big games.
