Market Research doesn't include anyone over the age of 30.

@ jnadke ^^ the stitching isn't centered on the screen printing is what I was referring to.. (along with the other things I pointed out) looks like cheap crap imo as far as the quality goes. I'm not a jersy buying person to begin with but this reinforces why I'll never buy one

I know I've sounded real negative here but as far as the new Viking design tweaks go to the uniforms/jerseys I actually like it.. but the workmanship/quality is such crap it out weighs the design improvement.. especially concerning the price tag they'll come with. big money for junk.

btw - look for the new Badger gear soon by Nike.. the athletic department's contract with Adidas ends soon and they signed on with Nike. Not sure if you've heard that yet..

Urlacher: Tight Nike jerseys mean glory for Peppers

He isn't paid to be a clothes horse, he's paid to wreck quarterbacks, but the Bears linebacker was noticeably hopeful about Nike's tighter jerseys. Less bagginess means -- in theory -- less holding, which Urlacher believes will free up defensive end Julius Peppers for a wild season.

"Julius is going to get 50 sacks next year," Urlacher told NFL Network on Tuesday at the Nike's unveiling.

Urlacher was kidding, but Chicago's need for another solid campaign from Peppers is no joke.

That's actually kind of interesting. They'll be less baggy and theoretically more slippery (tech gear usually is, anyway) so holding could be harder. Or more obvious, since the jerseys are supposed to be pretty stretchy, and pulling on a tight stretchy jersey is easier to see than pulling on a baggier jersey.

Urlacher's been paid by Nike for quite a while. Don't fall for Nike-hype.

These guys have always worn ubertight jerseys and do you not think they've been putting stuff on them for years and years and years?

Course maybe Urlacher's had enough head trauma to believe the Nike sales pitch.

This isn't swimming in the Olympics where the uni material's gonna that big a difference.
