FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU

Kendricks was my #1 target for the 3rd. I don't think there's any chance he's there even at the Rams pick in the 3rd round. I almost picked him over Brown with my Hawks pick, only reason I didn't is that the 'inside source' who has basically keyed us Hawks fans into the draft plans of this FO the past 2 years pinned Brown as a guy on their board for #12. I like Kendricks for the Hawks to step in as the MIKE, and he's a reason for KJ Wright owners to not get too excited about Hawthorne signing in NO. PC is on the record as saying he has no plans to move KJ inside, and I expect the draft to prove that, in fact, I think the Barrett Ruud signing proves that. He'll start at MLB if the draft doesn't fall our way, and I'll be upset.

I couldn't believe he was there. No way he doesn't go in the 2nd and I'd love him and Laurinitis in the middle of the Rams D for years

I think he'll most likely go in the second, but you never know. Inside linebackers aren't drafted highly and tend to slide on draft day. Unlikely, but...possible.

Something we agree on :)

Though im not as high on Kendricks as some.

Hes a sparkplug of a player - zero concerns about his size - fun to watch - just doesnt disengage from blockers well and gets caught up.

Which is a bit of a concern at the next level

Edit: He says he's not retiring, but he's on his last legs. I don't see them passing him up.

They need a LG to more than a C, way I see it they will draft someone like in Silatolu in the 2nd/3rd and have him at LG then move him to C when Birk retires..

There were other parts of this thread VB

Its far from an "argument" ive set up - have a great day irrespective of the name calling

Just noticed this in birddogs write up.

Anybody want to explain to me why Kendall Reyes is still available? Something I'm not aware of? Thought for sure he'd be a target early 2nd.

Wished it wouldve rung for longer

Norman's about my favorite CB outside the top tier and the 3rd is about as early as id think he would go (not that what we think means much to FOs anywhere!)

Hes a pretty athletic guy, that was consistently a stand out at shrine practices and hasnt ever been a slouch when it comes to playing in "reverse". Guy has hands good enough he could probably play slot if he had wanted to in college.

Just needed 5 more picks till he was there ... *sigh*

Nice pick & i hate you :D

FWIW, id take Reyes before Worthy any day of the week. Doesnt mean itd be the right move tho - but i think thats whats happened.

Only 3 DTs gone in 2 full rounds and Worthy went ahead of him, so im guessing they ranked him ahead of reyes?

I think he has a shot to sneak into the first round. I'd say people addressing positional needs has him where he is here. Zero chance he is a third rounder.

After completing my own mock and following this one I think there is a ton of value to be had between the mid 2nd and at least late 3rd round this year. My new hope for the Browns is Blackmon + Martin then trade pick 37 and move back.

Certainly seems that way. Every mock draft I've seen I keep thinking, "Wow, that guy dropped?" but I don't necessarily see a ton of reaches ahead of him.

Marty and I are trying to figure out which guys we have at the bottom of round 2 or not even in round 2 that we need to move up because we ran into the same problem.
