I know ESPN and Yahoo have random public leagues that you can join for money and there is a payout, but do any sites have these types of leagues that are PPR?

So I'm guessing that there are no sites that do this for PPR leagues?

You're getting an early exclusive. Currently under "soft launch" but about to be opened up to everyone.. you can sign up for a team and be placed in a draft, it's open for business, now accepting teams, it just hasn't been promoted beyond facebook so far. The doors will be officially opened shortly but like I said, the purchase button is active, you will get a team, be placed in a league, draft, run a team, and win some dough if you're good enough.
