Shocked that the flyers took down the pens so easily but so goes the NHL playoffs.... With the rangers and devils on the brink, the flyers wil be the favorites to make the cup finals.

And now the Pens realize they should have gotten at goaltender. Trading a seventh-round pick to the Capitals for Tomas Vokoun.

I heard today that Brodeur is going to shop himself. If he and parise leave, say good bye to the devils now too!

13 year $98 m hell i dont blame him for jumping at it, sad to see him leave NJ :(

Quote:
Zach Parise has inked a 13-year deal with the Minnesota Wild worth $98 million.

Parise is a star player who recorded 31 goals and 69 points with New Jersey last season. It was his first year back after a knee injury cut his 2010-11 season drastically short. He also had eight goals and seven assists in 24 playoff contests, while captaining the Devils to the Stanley Cup Finals. He should be counted on in all key situations with the Wild and will likely play alongside Mikko Koivu on the team's top line.

Yeah that's the problem their offense is going to suffer without zach. Maybe they can sign a free agent.
