Winding down now, been a good draft so far. About the only suspense left is who will Marty draft to be our league's Mr Irrelevant - last player drafted.

Well... I am used to missing out on my sleepers. In this league, I grabbed each and every one of my sleeper picks, so if it fails, I suck at fantasy.

(This year, that is)

Howelwitzer......all I can say to you is get a life pal. I am in another Shark league and we are presently only in the 11th round so this draft did not go that slow at all.

I work 2 jobs none of which revolves in front of a computer; if i chose not to predraft that late in the draft that was my prerogative. The rules allow for 12 hours for each pick. I did my best to get my picks in as quickly as possible based on various things. If you don't like the rules or can't handle waiting on others' picks then don't play.

Now I will have to pummel your sorry rump team to the ground during the regular season----oh well makes it that much more fun i guess :)

I also work full time and had to pre-draft most of my picks because you took so long. Picking 2 picks behind you was excruciating, I could never be sure about anything since 2 guys could potentially come off the board by the time I was up. If you don't have time to check your computer then don't play.

BTW that was a masterstroke taking 2 QBs so early. Brilliant!

No more fighting guys.

It was a painful draft, but if he can't get on, he can't get on.

Last thing I will say in regards to this matter....

We are given 12 hours for each pick, if it so excruciating to wait for your pick then please don't play next year. No skin off my back. Maybe your mindset would be better suited to leagues where there is a live draft or online draft with a smaller time limit for each pick!

Good Luck to All this Season!!

After looking at the drafts, I like a couple teams.

Dirty Dog looks like he has a solid squad.

R2000 has a solid team, just not sure about the top 2 WRs (they could still be very good however), other than that it looks really good.

I also like Cy's squad, outside of his QBs (just not digging Cutler/Orton).

I like Marty's team if Edwards works out at QB and Braylon catches the ball this year.

If you can't make the draft, it is POLITE to pre-draft. You don't have to do it, but everyone will appreciate it.

I need to get a life? I'm not the one sending private emails to everyone in the league. Do us all a favor and get over yourself. And learn how to pre-draft.

I went through and ranked each position. Maniacal has the most interesting draft, because I have him ranked as having the 4th best QB (Rodgers/Garrard) group, the best WR (Fitz and White) and tied for best TE (Gates). To get that, though, he has the worst RB group in the league.

We'll see what wins. I think that his team will struggle to make up for the lack of RB's. Addai, Benson and Lendale will have to come through for him; if they do, he has the best team.

After that, I have a pack of 3... Dirty Dog, R2000 and myself.

Dirty Dog has the 4th QB and tied for best RB (Warner AND Romo; Forte, Portis and Ward) but little depth at RB and below average WR and TE (TO, Vjax, Henry; Winslow). If things go well for those WR, he has a studly team. Even if they don't, his team is very strong. (I acknowledge that he has the best depth at QB in the league, but I have him 4th because I like Brees/Brady/Manning more).

R2000 is also tied for 4th best QB corp with Rivers... and I have him tied for the best RB in the league. His WR's are subpar (Housh, Marshall and Moore) but still middle of the pack. Cooley makes his TE's around #6.

My team is 7th for QB's, but Cutler does have promise. I have also tied myself for 1st for RB's, so you can see that the three teams mentioned here (Along with Channel 4) are all RB-heavy. I have slightly above average WR and TE, but nothing to brag about.

Here are my rankings:
QB
1 Boss Hoggs
1 Junk Yard
1 Exacerbators
4 Maniacal Marauder
4 Dirty Dog
4 R2000
7 Milkface
7 Mission Militia

WR

Cy -

You that down on Schaub this year? I'm a little surprised by that. Sand bet on who has more points in our league between Schaub and Cutler?

Nope, completely an oversight.

I was inconsistent in how I did it. My process was to look at the roster and figure out how I would tier the player... so for QB, I have it:

1- Brees/Brady/Manning
2- Rivers/Rodgers
3- Schaub/Cutler/McNabb/Palmer

Halfway through, I forgot about the 2nd tier and lumped everyone into the 2nd tier with Rivers and Rodgers. So when I compared it, I saw you had a Tier 3 QB when everyone else had Tier 2.

Oversight, forgive me-- I have you tied at 7 with the rest of us Tier 3 guys. This is a completely inexact thing-- I should write out the starters for each ranking to make sure it passes the eyeball test.
