I'm in a 10 team keeper league (PPR). I just made a trade and would like y'all opinion on it. Keep in mind, I already have the 1.1 pick in the draft.
These were my 4 Keepers: A. Foster, A. Peterson, C. Johnson and A. Johnson

I traded away:
Chris Johnson and 3.6 pick

FOR

1.3 pick and 2.4 pick

So, now I have the 1.1, 1.3, 2.4 and 2.5 pick in the draft.

Good trade or not??!?!!?!??! I figured I could let C.Johnson go because I still have A.Foster and A.Peterson.

CJ for Stafford/TRich/Charles + likely Austin/Colston is essentially the trade. Who is your new 4th keeper? That's what makes/breaks the trade.


who are 1.2's keepers? Is he going to go WR/RB or QB?

Ideally, you pick TRich at 1.1 and Stafford at 1.3.

I don't get a 4th Keeper now because I have to carry C.Johnson until the day of the draft. So my keepers are A. Foster, A. Peterson and A. Johnson.

1.2 Keepers are: D. McFadden, R. Matthews, A.J. Green and W.Welker....But his mind is made up, he's going RB with the 1.2 Pick, so he will get either Charles, T. Richardson or S. Jax depending on what I do.

So, 2.4 is the reward for substituting CJ with Charles/SJax/TRich?



In that case, you already know what I would suggest

Nice job of hedging your bets, guaranteeing Stafford and picking up an extra shot at a top 15 WR.
