Had strong draft w/RBs(start 2)...and weak WRs(start 3).....
Scoring....2 pts @ 80yds and 1 per 10 after...6 pts TD. Same for receiving.

I trade McAllister for Burleson......I know, Crazy.....but look at my team.....will it help me enough to give the better player?

Rbs.............................. WRs
McAllister ...................S.Smith
JJ .............................. T.Taylor
S.Jackson................... C.Rogers
Dunn .......................... Greg Lewis
R.Williams
M.Moore

I know I have Taylor from Minny already, but Nate is Top dog there, and if Culp. has a 35 TD year, I could play them both.

Only Bryant and Engram left on waivers

Thanks sharks.

I wouldn't do it. You're giving up a 1st rounder for a 3rd or 4th rounder. Why? To help your WRs? Try offering SJax or even JJ before parting with Deuce. Just my 2 cents. . . but I wouldn't do it.

Care to help with mine?

i wouldn't do it. unless your scoring really favors receivers, which from your post it doesn't, i'd stay with deuce. i think c-pep is going to spread it around to replace moss, so even if burleson is the go to guy, he hasn't shown he can handle being the number 1 guy, ala peerless price, let him prove he can handle the number 1 gig first before parting with a top 10 back.

I agree that I'm giving the better player.
If you really look at my WRs though they are bad.
Burleson gives me 2 top 2nd teir WRs when combined with S.Smith.
I know Duece is valuable, but i was thinking that my RB bench could Make up for his loss.

You should be able to get Harrison/Owens/CJ type guy for Deuce.

I would offer JJ or Dunn for a WR and see what kind of offers you get...

Under NO circumstances, NONE, is a first round RB worth only a 3rd or 4th round WR in return, irregardless of how desperate the need is... you ought to be shot for even considering it...

Don't do it, I repeat, do not do it. You can get alot more for Deuce. Just like I read before my post, Owens or CJ, is a better possibility, but even then, you might be able to get more than that.

 Ok, don't shoot
Thanks for all the input guys. I've been pretty successful in my 15 yrs of fantasy football, just sometimes I get brain farts. Thanks for stopping me from this mistake.
I'm gonna try to work something out for J.Walker.

Just don't give up Deuce for him.
See who you can get for Jackson. You may be able to get Walker for him, or someone like Joe Horn or Andre Johnson.

But there is NO receiver that I'd take for Deuce straight up.
