I preordered it today, and got a sweet metal collectors case for the game.

Set in Revolution era America, very different setting. Looking forward immensely. A dedicated team has been working on this game for three years, started right after AC II. I was worried they would get sloppy with the yearly releases, I like hearing this has been in the works for three years with a dedicated team.

I never played either of the first two, though it was always kind of on the back burner to get when I had time, which I never do. Looks like I might just skip the first two and go straight to the 3rd. Looks pretty sweet.

I'll get this game, if for no other reason than to kill me some Red Coats.

Looks really good though.

I MAY get this game. With all the crappy add-on / replacement games that have drifted away from the initial story, I don't know how excited I am for this. I have too many games on my queue but maybe I will be aching for a non-shooter non-RPG...

The third trailer I find particularly compelling. We see Conner wiping out Americans as well as British troops. I really had high hopes that this game wouldn't be a "America! F yeah!" kind of game. Being made by a French company by a Canadian team I don't see it, and for that I am very excited to see the story they have to tell.

I actually preordered the Collector's Edition...my first CE I have ever bought. This game looks awesome.

I read one of the DLC is "The Tyranny of King Washington." It explores an alternate history where George Washington turned his massive power into a monarchy.

End of Sequence 3... Mind... blown...

The game is a slow starter FYI, but the story is starting to get to the point where I can't wait to see what happens next.

Glad to hear that. I was only able to play a short while last night, and agree. It was starting slow.

I tried to make it before leaving for a week to visit my family...didn't happen. I'm right there though. Something to look forward to.

Not following the trading system, I don't see anything to gain except a small amount of money. Unless other items fetch rare items or more money, I don't get it. I can pick up more money looting one dead guy.
