For all the criticism this game has taken, I'm still replaying and enjoying it.

add me on xbox live (hermione dies)

im aware about the manguard spam. the geth shotgun is really powerful. i use some other fun strategies but i generally only play multiplayer on bronze since it's hard to get a good team together.

wow.
the endings are terrible. really bad / unsatisfying / illogical. the fan uproar was for the first time ever justified.
you dont need to make a new ending...i mean - just don't make any more games in the world of mass effect because you just destroyed all logic / future games unless you basically say "OH WELL WHAT SHEPARD THOUGHT HE WAS DOING WAS ALL A BIG MIND-F***. THIS OTHER STUFF IS STILL HAPPENING" or some sort of BS excuse to make another game.

Whatever.

Doesn't it feel like you just had the most amazing birthday party ever, then found a turd on the cake?

Because 99% of the game is great...

It was a great journey but then the ending is like "yeah everything you did up til now DID NOT MATTER BECAUSE YOUR ALL F#*!ED ANYWAY"

Still a great series.

The new "destroy" ending is everything I wanted the original to be...

There is also a "refuse" ending where you can not make the final choice and continue to fight the war.

Good stuff. Haven't tried the refusal yet. Wish they'd done this from the start.

For sure, they closed the plot holes and all that. If you notice the relays no longer explode and Hackett states they were "damaged" rather than destroyed.

I watched the video of the endings I didn't do at first, and played up and did the destroy ending.

^ I watched all the endings on the Internet. I'm glad that they changed the endings / differentiated between them / made them not so hopeless (rightfully so because why the hell did I play the game?)

Anyone play any of the DLC? Just finished Citadel. Pretty fun. Fun enough that I look forward to replaying it renegade at some point.

Hard too.

I can't do DLC, it comes out after I'm done with the game and I can't bring myself to go back to the game.

I played the first one, didn't play Omega or Citadel.. I probably will eventually, but don't have as much time these days, and am playing mostly Borderlands 2.

Leviathan was ok. Omega...eh. I thought it was kind of lame. Lots of credits to be had though.

Citadel was laughable...but it was supposed to be. It's a little tongue-in-cheek.
