Whew!

4 picks in 6 hours. This is going to be a very long draft.

Estimated total time for draft: 288 hours

The Grid format is still $hit!!

Pierre Thomas @ 15 (ADP 30.4)
I get the prize for first deep reach of the draft.
Other than that, not too much shocking happening. I will be interested to see how the rest of round 2 turns out.

We are picking up speed. And I now know everyone is aware that we are drafting. Whoo hoo!

I cant fault u too much for reaching for Thomas (he would not of made it back to you) but I would of much rather of had Westy (was hoping he would fall one more spot). Had to settle for Wayne :D

~2 hours left until 12 hour clock expires.

I was considering Wayne and Westy. It wasn't an easy choice. I think I have a mancrush on Thomas.

The one thing that is tough about this league is the no trading. If you hit on your starters and you happen to hit on a backup too, you can't make a trade to translate that advantage to your starting lineup.

I guess I don't need to worry about drafting any more RBs because Slaton and Thomas are can't miss! (Rewind to the Addai owners in 2008.)

Hey guys, during the day, I'm on here frequently. If I'm on deck, shoot me a PM and I should be able to make my pick or predraft fairly quickly.

No problem... I went into the profile (or preferences or something like that) to be notified by email when a pick is in. I was surprised that it was not defaulted that way so that has helped me track the draft a little better on my iphone.

I've only received 2-3 email draft updates. Not sure what is happening as they Not going to my spam folder. So keep sending me PM or emails if I happen to be up during the draft.

TIA

My Fantasy League league page is down!

wth
------edit
It's back. Had me in a panic. I didn't want to give some of our drafters an additional excuse to not go ahead and pick.

Blah, blah, blah, whine, whine, whine... just check the freakin site every 12 hours at least and you'll be fine.

Folks will miss their picks and then go on autopick or be forced to pre-draft.

Most folks will realize how easy it is to pre-draft and just do it for ease of use.

Chillin.

I hope you are correct on the computer pick. Sadly we have some people waiting around 10 hours to pick, so they can use up lots of the clock, but not go on auto pick. We are currently working on 8+ hours in the middle of the day. My hope is that this weekend will get some of those 10 hour delay picks hooked up on auto.

----edit----
Only 3 hours until auto pick.

11 hours and 21 minutes and THEN a pick.

That pick should have come with an apology.

Only 39 minutes away from freedom! We were so close.

Just so you know, if I think someone is purposefully waiting in some twisted way to prove some point or something (as I have had the 12 hour window complained of and told that in its extreme it will mean drafts into the season, despite 6 years and never a draft that long), well there is this other rule, the one that says I can do whatever I want, and such childishness will be dealt with. Now, I have no evidence at all that is happening here, just wanted to put you guys at ease.

Although, if it was merc, he'd be outtahere, no questions asked.

Thanks for the response Pat. I am just whining. Stuff happens and he has a 12 hour limit to work with. I doubt he is trying to prove a point.

I just get excited about the draft. Waiting a day to make a pick just takes some of the fun out of the draft. You start to forget you even have a draft going on.

Good one Pat.

Just for that, gonna have to think long and hard about my next pick.
