Happy drafting indeed. Y'all want to limit our icon sizes to a certain size? Some are a bit overwhelming in size in my opinion.

First time in Shark League. Looking forward to a league with dedicated players and no cheating.
I typically play in 10 leagues each year.
I spread it out between sites.
4 Fleaflicker
4 NFL
1 ESPN/FOX
1 Shark/MFL

Welcome to the tank! I usually stick to Yahoo and Flea, and now one MFL with the shark league. I probably play around 6 leagues a year, but plan to expand as I get more comfortable.

Everyone, from what I understand, our "Owner name" shouldn't be our real name, but our user name on here. It will help to ensure that only players on the site are playing in the leagues. I'm Pesky Penguins by the way.

How's everybody liking their teams? I'm sitting on Rice, Best, and Marshall. I'm a big fan of Best this year and I think Marshall could finally get a groove with Henne. Rice is always solid, and with the addition of goaline reps and Leach plus PPR: He could be a monster.

What's up everyone...MANBOOBS here...
As far as how I feel about my team...I think I'm putting together the worst team ever...
Bookends at 1 are pretty sweet...but at 12...kind of a mixed bag of feces to sort though...

So far:
1.12--Started it off by drafting Vick...thinking optimistically that I was getting 1/2 of a running back with my QB...
2-01--Then skipped MJD for Forte...ballsy or stupid I guess I'll find out...I know MJD's only 26, but how much longer can little Hercules do it...
Hoping that Martz will be able to open up play down field...which hopefully will open up the run more for him...not to mention more PPR dump passes...
3.12--Brandon Lloyd--No. 1 overall in receiving yards last year, and Fox wants to run more...I'm thinking that no way will Broncos D be able to support this offensive strategy...
4.01--Mike Williams Tampa--a good, consistent WR...feel good about Mike Williams and Tampa overall this year...schedule is tough though...
5.12--Jimmy Graham--Poised to have a solid year this year...esp with Saints WR's being banged up so early...
6.01--Daniel Thomas--Lots of hype...not too keen of the 4 carries for 5 yards in his preseason debut...gulp...
7.12--Pittsburgh D--Why not...lets start the fire...
8.01--Bess--Dude had almost as many targets as Marshall last year, and only about 100 yards less...maybe sneak in as a WR2 if he can build on what he brought last year...

Anybody else flinching at their team?

1.02 - Ray Rice: He's actually my favorite this year in this format. Love his potential and I don't see Ricky as much of a threat. McGahee gone and Leach the new FB. Sounds great.

2.11 - Jahvid Best - Looks like a bit of a reach since it's at 2.11, but we had RBs taken off the board so much he was easily my favorite left, love him in PPR. He's the only great RB left healthy on that roster.

3.02 - Brandon Marshall - Potentially top 5 as always. Talent is there and him and Henne have been doing well together.

4.11 - Dallas Clark - Don't take TE early usually, but he was the best available there at the time.

5.02 - Percy Harvin - Could easily be great this year. Top target on his team, AP will open it up, and McNabb can get him the ball.

6.11 - Josh Freeman - Was targeting this QB the entire time. Happy I got him.

7.02 - Kenny Britt - Ridiculous talent, can he get his head on straight?

8.11 - Mike Thomas - Another number 1 receiver on a team that can get him the ball. I see his targets and potential going way up with a healthy MJD.

9.02 - Tim Hightower - Great in PPR, hopefully number one in Washington.

I'm liking you team norticians...
I can't agree more with your comments about Ray Rice...Dude is going to tear it up this year...
Your team looks a lot like how I wanted mine to look ::wink:
And looks a lot like teams I've drafted in other leagues... :thumbright:

I kind of screwed the pooch on my predraft pick with McGahee...thought I had Danny Woodhead lined up to go and got Willis McGahee instead...guess McGahee might turn out to be a decent pick up this year...I do have my doubts that Moreno will flourish as expected this year...

I feel bad for who picked Ryan Williams, he's out for the season, and Beanie Wells was taken 4 picks later. :F

Really a shame about Williams...I didn't realize he was out for the season...just terrible...looks like Wells value will be on the rise...AZ was looking allright against GB...Kolb what what they didn't have last year...I've gotta admit this is the first time I've sat down and watched the preseason...with all the lockout drama it's a lot more interesting to watch...

I hope nobody else gets injured.
