I may be wrong, but I remember something like that when I first started.....

I told Tony to take that stupid limit off because I'd really like porn spammers, but he won't listen to me :(

Once you reach the point you are allowed to post pics, here is how:

You have to have the pic saved somewhere you are allowed to hotlink from, like a photobucket account or one of those type of sites.

Save the pic to the photobucket account and get the direct address for it. On your list of saved pics on photobucket, under each saved picture it will list the directed link address, copy that.

Then on here you type

[img]direct%20adrress%20for%20the%20picture%20you%20want%20to%20display[/img]

and it will show up.

If you want to see an example, click the quote button on any post with a picture in the body of the post and it will show up in your screen where you type your post as the code.
