I am in a keeper league and many good Players are already kept (Foster, McFadden, Matthews, Lynch, Aaron Rodgers). Rice, McCoy, and Calvin Johnson will be gone by my pick. With MJD's holdout who would you guys take? MJD, Chris Johnson, Forte, or someone else?

That is pretty tough. I don't know how you could take MoJo with the holdout. I think he is the safest pick if he wasn't holding out. Probably go CJ if you asked me today. When do you have to make decision?

I would take Brady. If you want a RB there, I would take CJ.

I'd say Johnson as well. Jennings is running well, so there does not seem to be a hurry to sign MJD to a better deal, and missing preseason = injury(usually the hammy)

I need to pick in a couple of weeks. Since I pick 5, I think that Brady will go before me as well but not definitely. I have been leaning CJ for a while but thought maybe I was crazy since MJD has been so good.

MJD is steadily moving down my RB rankings... If the hold out doesn't get any better (which it doesn't look as though it will), I'd rank CJ2K, Forte, Murray, and Charles (in that order) over MJD.

If you're hesitant on CJ, Brees is a strong option there too (with Brady gone). The worst thing you can do is grab a guy you're not confident in because you think you should draft him. If you're not 100% sold on MJD or CJ, pass on them and grab a guy like Brees who is extremely safe. You won't lose your league with the pick.

If MJD comes to camp by the 13th, he would be my pick. Enough time to get in shape and learn the playbook . If he doesn't, I like CJ.

I also agree with the QB options mentioned above.

GL...

In PPR i would take Forte. Non PPR I would take CJ. something tells me Forte is in line for 50-60 rec this year. MJD iwould write of completely unless its insane value.

I have Forte in a Dynasty and Im not real thrilled with the Bush aquistion. That rascal is going to get all the goalline touches now but Forte with still get a ton of catches but expect Bush to rob you of your TDs up close. With that said, Bush is a real value late and I feel forced to spend a little higher than I should to back him up to Forte.
