So with the drafting of Rashard Mendenhall, the Steelers now have 4 solid running backs.

How do you think this is going to work out? Mendenhall wasn't drafted to sit the bench, we just signed Mewelde Moore, who I really like as a 3rd down back, Davenport, who was mostly a goal-line guy last year, and Parker, who will be the starter.

That sounds about right to me. I just wonder what is going to happen with G Russel. I really liked this guy. But with Mendehall, he will be nothing more than a backup.

I thought Najeh would get cut, and I was going to put Russell in the discussion, but thought he may end up on the practice squad again.

Also, Moore will get most of the 3rd down time, when not 3rd and short.

The chances that all 3 RBs stay healthy all year is very slim, so it's very likely if he makes the team, he will see a small amount of carries.

It doesn't make much sense to me why we were interested in Kevin Jones. We already have Parker, Mendenhall, and Moore. We had to cut Najeh already. Where would Jones have fit in if he would've signed?

At least we don't have to worry about it since he went to the Bears but yeah you're right it didn't make sense. I hope they don't look to bring in anyone else.
