Looks like most of us are back. Had fun playing last year, this year however I'm taking the Championship.

Hey guys I work at night so I won't be able to pick between 330 and 1230. I will try to pre-draft all I can.

I'm the Hooligans btw.

Big Devo,

Hated passing over Rudi to you, but could not resist MJD's upside. I'm sure I will have agonizing moments this season though rethinking that decision.

In hindsight, taking Steve Smith was a very aggressive move, but I was not sure that Steve would have been available at 2.03. I wanted an elite WR in the first 2 rounds, and thought I could end up with Rudi/Maroney/Henry/McGahee/MJD in round 2 by going S Smith in round 1.

Oh well, pretty much makes my draft more transparent to the rest of the league and a harder road to follow.

I can't believe Chad Johnson fell that far down. I just knew he wouldn't make it back to me so I didn't even put him in my pre-draft ranking. Won't make that mistake again.

Fockers are on auto pilot and a replacement is being sought unless he surfaces.

Well, he resurfaced and said he would be around so I gave him a chance. He is going back on auto pilot. I may have to do some manipulating to get the autodrafter to kick in while he is on the clock, so pay no attention to that man behind the curtain while I do.

Pat a question: I know longshot picked Brees August 9th evening, but am surprised as to why it's showing a draft day of today.

Brees fell to 5.11??? I am shamed to admit that I passed on him, but that was only because I was targeting Young in round 6. That did help me draft T Bell who hopefully will have upside as an RB3 if KJ does go to the PUP.

I did not think S Moss, L Coles and CJ would fall to round 6. I would have gone RB in rd 3 in hindsight.

S Smith over Rudi/Henry
MJD over Rudi
Jacobs over Deuce
T Bell over Brees
Young over Brees, Kitna, Romo etc..

Almost all of my picks have a rash/controversial feel to them. That this is my first draft with the Sharks has not helped my cause. I think I tried too hard for the upside and something different to compensate for my weak position after the premium RBs were gone by my first round pick. I usually go RB heavy but tried to eschew it because of the no-trading clause here.

Look forward to hearing from all of you.

I explained in the email I sent out (or so I thought?) and as I mentioned vaguely a few posts ago, I had to mess around to fix things. Basically I had to redo the pick, as to get the auto drafter to apply to Fockers, I had to revert the draft back to the pick BEFORE Fockers, who was longshot, and then remake longshot's pick, hence the new time.

And next time I tell you to pay no attention to me, DO IT! Bad things happen to those who do not. :)

No want wants to chit-chat or trash talk about their team?

I wish we could trade RBs here. I am so dead with MJD/Jacobs/TBell and D Rhodes here. :x

One unproductive, one injured, one inactive and one soon to be relegated to the backburner RB.

Luckily my WRs are carrying the torch so far with a few miracles here and there, but sooner than later I am due for a fall with my unproductive and injured backs. The future does not look bright!
