I like Blalock, Bourn, Meche & Accardo...I'm thinking I may need to deal some OF to try and get an upgrade on Catcher, 1B or SS. Thoughts? Anything obvious I should do that I'm missing?

I would grab Accardo since Ryan is not ready. Probably dumping Tavares would be my choice.

I would drop Encarcion for Blalock (Blalock will have a HUGE year), Billingsly for Meche (unless you choose to not believe the scouts), and Snell for Accardo. Bourne<Tavarez, IMHO.

I think Encarnacion and Blalock are both in for huge years, any way to get both?
What scouts are saying Meche > Billingsley? I think Meche is a good #2, but Billingsley has the makeup of an elite pitcher, just needs to improve his control.
I'd try to drop someone else for Accardo than Snell.
I agree in that Tavares > Bourn, they both have similar SB potential but Tavares hits for avg, Bourn does not.

Great input, thanks everyone...I dropped Tavares and picked up Accardo. I'm now trying to swing a deal for a SP, probably trying to move an outfielder (or possibly Braun, since there seems to be lots of options at 3B). Thoughts?
