Even though we tried to give the game away to UCF in the 2nd half. God I was wrong about Tom O'Brien, he has just been f'in awful since he got here.

The idea of best in the league is laughable. Ponder, Taylor, Jacoby Whatever at Miami, even Kyle Parker are well ahead of him. He's not even the best QB who's a Baseball Player in the conference.

I'm an Iowa State alum, and there hasn't been anything to get too fired up about for a long time....each season comes down to "did we beat Iowa or Nebraska" if so it was a success. Now that Nebraska moves off to the Big 10, that only gives us one shot a year at relevancy.

I grew up in Nebraska and now live in Michigan (and am also a U of M alum) so I could root for them, too, but it just doesn't feel right.

Losing 35-7 to the Suckeyes stings (a dual purpose moniker as it applies to both Iowa and OSU).
