The trip there wasn't the problem. His doctor actually told him to take an ambulance immediately, but he decided to drive himself because it "wasn't that bad". When he got there he was triaged fairly quickly because they're familiar with his medical history (pretty thick binder by now I bet). But after the decision was made to admit him, that's when it took them something like 4+ hours to deal with the insurance company, talk to doctors, schedule the nuclear stress test, find a room, etc... It's absurd.

i have found in the winter some people like driving in the middle of two lanes thus making the turn signals unnecessary.
