It is simply a way for the league to fix the outcome of their draft so they can maintain the status of the big-market teams. Imagine the NFL trying to implement such a b.s. rule. BTW, Kidd-Gilcrist is going to make a great pro also. He has the kind of motor that will drive him to improve,a key trait to succeed at the next level.

Terrence Jones will not IMO. I predict a fat rookie contract and out of the league in 3 years. I think he'll make Cousins look like a good guy and hard worker.

Not sure about out in three years, as NBA teams often keep guys around much longer than I would as a GM, but I agree that his attitude could cost him a long, productive career.

CONGRATULATIONS to coach Joe B Hall on his selection to the College Basketball HOF!! :party-smiley-050:
Often maligned during his tenure,Coach proved it is possible to succeed a coaching legend. Guy is still active in the community and is as nice a gentleman as you would ever want to meet.

Bobby Knight is a vindictive jerk who cannot do his job anymore. For a CBB analyst to discuss title contenders and POY candidates and never bring up UK or Anthony Davis is a joke! Go away old man!!

The last time we were the #1 overall seed we played in Milwaulkee against first Wisconsin and then D Wade and Marquette, so you will understand if I temper my enthusiasm . Regardless, this has been a great season and an absolute BLAST to watch. This style of ball is exciting and fun, and optimism runs pretty high when you have the level of talent Calipari accumulates. I find myself almost wishing that they lose today against Vandy, as I think it is unrealistic to think a team of freshman and sophomores can run of 31 straight games to win the national title. GO CATS!!

Pat Knight can kiss my azzzz and then transfer it to his abusive daddy. I would love for us to get Lamar in the tourney!

I just hope Anthony Davis buys a set of tweezers when he goes to the NBA. Can't be looking like a caveman or an alien from another planet kid.

Well you got what you wanted, a piece of humble pie. You can spin it both ways though, now people believe Kentucky is as beatable as anyone in the entire field. It's like Drago, he's not a machine, he bleeds!

Everyone is beatable in today's game fellas, as the officiating and the 3-point line have changed the game. Coaches always talk about how MATCHUPS are what matter come dance time, not seeding per say. As we sit 30 minutes before the selection show I feel sure that the SC will do what they can to insure that their favored few get the most advantageous paths.

BKCKMA!!!

Francessa (local radio) picked ky vandy in the final for a rematch. Obviously, I hope not but if it can't be unc, I'd take vandy.

Anyone but Huckleroy and the end bench moron crew. Worst. Fan base. Ever.

I know many Tar Heel basketball only fans. They should all catch elephantiasis testicles.

Very nice of the Cats to pull back and allow a 16-2 run at the end of the game! Cannot for the life of me understand why you keep the starters in until the final minute when they are obviously not playing hard. which seems to be an easy way to get hurt. Coach's call to be sure, just one that I personally disagree with.

One of our local idiot politicians spouted off about the UPS commercial showing the Laetner shot. UK fans are whining, U of L fans are loving it and UPS is getting just what they were after. I remain in the minority in BBN in that my revenge came in 1998 when the Cats came from 17 down to bounce the dukies on our way to the NC! =D>

Laugh it up, funny boy!! Not sure if either of us will get to the elite 8, but I absolutely would LOVE to see how your dukies would cover AD and Terrance (beast mode) Jones. Even the Plumlee's parents would bet the Cats !! \:D/

The :moon: was for '98 and the  was at that. I don't hold out much hope of getting past the elite 8 and have in fact picked Baylor as the team that will be challenging Kentucky so get that chip off your shoulder.
