Garrard isn't half as bad as he's made out to be, though.
1.Hold ball long enough so both DE's have time to meet at his ribcage.
2. Stare down his primary reciever so everyone including the hot dog vendor can tell where he is going with the ball. 2nd and 3rd options on play could really just fall down at the snap. They are not seeing the ball anyway.
3. after playing awful (as is case most weeks), Garrard is strong blaming his teamates in post game interviews. Never his fault. What a leader.
