If by trading down you mean getting rid of your drop draft picks for players so that your first pick is in the 3rd round, then yeah you might have a shot with Spielman.

I was willing to jump in but I would be unavailable for that timeframe unfortunately.

The 1st time it worked well in Minny with Jared Allen.. could still be throwing 1st rnd picks at DE to this day and not hit on the impact the Mullet Motor gave the Vikes immediately... not that I want to see it every other year though.

Frankly, I'm more interested in them (possibly) taking a X______ other than X____________ at a slightly discounted price a few picks later.. then, using that extra change to move back up into the bottom of the 1st and grab either X_________ or X__________.

I just wanted to put it out there early enough at the start of the day for people on the east coast. We'll just take it as it comes - I'll try and pm people with a little help (of course) by folks involved in it or elsewhere to keep it moving along at a steady clip.

As I mentioned previously I'll get a selection thread up and going later Sunday evening.
