Although I strongly suspect that the legalities of hiring your mistress mandated this decision, big props to UA for this move. Did they hire a douchebag and then fire him for being himself? Sure. They still put integrity ahead of winning. and for that I say....... =D>

Some real hilarity in an article I read today in USA Today.

Seems that Petrino hired her over almost 200 other candidates and then gave her a 'gift' of $20k but no one knows for sure if any of that was the university's money.

A lot of meat-heads managed to get quoting saying they really don't care what he did as long as the 'football team wins'. Sad but common on any college campus with a successful sports team.

Oh, and my favorite Petrino quote that really shows what a POS he really is:
"I've taken a lot of criticism in the past. Some deserved, some not deserved. This, I have no one to blame but myself."

THIS time? Nothing like a shot to still act wronged in previous douchebaggery, eh?
