I'll split the difference at 10-11' (the shark, not Boogs's johnson). The width of the head is roughly 25% of the body length. Compared to the guy's arm, that looks to be 2.5-3'.

I viewed the video again. There is 0 chance that is 14 feet. And at the angle you're looking at while it's under water you're seeing it much bigger than it really is and even at this angle it's way smaller than 14 feet. Even the clowns on the video say 12.5 feet - which is always exaggerated.

If objects right underwater appear 33% bigger than they really are, that puts it around 8-9 feet ...
