Well I've stumbled on to a really good iPad offline draft app that would eliminate the need for pen and paper. "NFL fantasy cheat sheet" features drag and drop rankings, vbd or adp rankings, the ability to assign players to a team, customizable scoring and rosters to fit pretty much any league, offline mode no need to be connected to the Internet. Has an iPhone app but I did not test it.

I tinkered with it today customizing my rankings and such. Pretty impressed, it'll be a great tool during draft day. The projections and rankings from nfl.com suck in areas but at least you can fix that with your own rankings. Love that I'll be able to assign players to teams and browse rosters during the draft. All in all if you own an iPad this is the app to have on draft day.

Other iPad apps I've seen: FF draft gm- allows for more customization but a lot of work required.

It's too bad not many sharks have an ipad. This cheat sheet app is fantastic. Full player pages, 3 yr stats, team schedules, depth charts and much more. All of it offline capable. It will be invaluable on draft day.

Maybe somebody should give it a run on iphone.

I have it for the iPhone and I used it in our live draft last night. I know it doesn't mean shoot but Yahoo awarded me for having the best team in the draft this year based on optimal lineups :D

I highly recommend the app. Best $3 I've ever spent

Nice, it's a very good app that I think would translate to the phone well. No more pen and paper that's for sure. Does it let you make custom rankings with drag and drop?

I need an app for the ipad.

I do not want to lug the laptop around

How does it compare to draft dominator

My iPad is the greatest paperweight ever made. I hate that thing.

Lundy you need this app. It doesnt really compare with dd as thats a powerful system. This is much more simplistic.

PW- i kinda agree, im 50-50 on it. In some situations i love it, some i dislike. The problem is i have a pc i like to do all my browsing on which kills the ipad on that front. Its a well made toy though. Just depends on how you use it and how much you use it...

I had to try to use it for my work computer when my laptop was in the IT repair bay. It's a sad, sad little computer. It's too big to be a smartphone. And I'm not watching TV/movies unless it's my big-screen.

Lundy get the app, its 5 bucks and will be great on draft day. Just dont think itll replace the dominator as it wont. 2 different beasts.

Company property. I think my IT nerds thought we'd just give up our laptops for the iTurd.
