I'm really liking DHB this year as a huge breakout. He finished the 2011 season strong. I'm projecting 1200 yards and 8 TD as his floor. These are AJ Green numbers 7-8 rounds later. Thoughts on DHB this season?

7-800 5 tds. Carson looks like he will be benched for ints at some point this season. DHB doesn't go up for the ball that well. Carson won't trust him because carson doesn't trust himself. If DHB is wide open he'll get the ball but i doubt given the choice of wrs in traffic DHB is Carsons las choice.

That sounds more like Calvin Johnson's or Larry Fitzgerald's floor. That would make DHB a 2nd round pick.

As a FLOOR? not so much.

is he worth a late-round pick as a high ceiling guy? for sure.

That's a pretty high floor for him. Probably worth a late-round pick depending on who else was out there but having that as a FLOOR puts him in some pretty elite company....not sure he has really done enough to warrant it even with bringing in a veteran QB.

There is no way 1200/8 is his floor. Seeing as how he has played 4 seasons and has never even gotten remotely close to that, I'd say at best that is his ceiling.

FTFY

DHB hasn't done anything to this point to merit drafting as a WR2, much less as a WR1. I'd be nervous with him as my WR3 right now.

Draft him as a low WR3/WR4 spot and hope for the upside you mentioned. If you count on it I think you're setting yourself up for a lot of disappointment.

People have expected him to breakout his whole career. He hasn't been consistent enough to be a wr#1 to me but the potential is there. Crazy speed but drops passess too much. If any year he were to breakout this would be it...now or never

He had almost 1000 yards and 4 TD in 13 games last season. That projects to 1200 yards and ~6 TD over a full 16 game season. Anything less is projectiong him to regress from last year and I see no reason for regression. DHB is entrenched as Oakland's WR1.

Maybe people take into account his injury history. Can you really count on him week after week like you can count on other wr1s...idk I can't say I can. But he's definitely worth his adp and he does have the skillset. Id still take a guy like antonio brown over him

:F First off figure out what floor means?

Please don't compare the 2, your expecting dhb to get better and aj to just stay the same?

Cmon now, I like DHB as a sleeper too but 1200/8?

He's more of a WR3 w/ WR2 upside. He's got nice potential, but there's major risk associated.

see, i disagree with this statement. what's the risk at his ADP? you're getting him as a wr3 at best, likely a wr4. i do agree that he has wr2 upside if he continues to progress, but there is little 'risk' here. there WOULD be if you're COUNTING on him to produce at WR2/WR3 levels....but at his ADP, he warrants a shot.
