It's always worrisome when a player is running, tries to cut, and their knee gives.

It reminded me a little bit of the Derrick Rose injury. No contact, knee just gave out.

Hopefully its just a sprain (very possible), would be a killer blow if it ends up being a complete tear

I'm not saying there's a direct relation; but ever since that hold out it seems like he's on the shelf more than he's on the field these last two seasons.

Hopefully it's just a scare for the Jets' sake.

Huh? His holdout was two years ago and he's been dominant since then. He's missed like two games in those two years. He absolutely shuts down the opposing team's #1 WR, and for the most part does it without safety help.

My mistake; I had recalled him having a lot of hammy issues last year - assumed he sat out due to it.

Brutal if you're a Jets fan.

For fantasy purposes, people can feel free to start their WR studs vs. the Jets again.

They're done, the whole defense funnels through Revis. Just a matter of when they go to Tebow now, not if. They'll need to figure out if that's a style of ball they want to dabble with in 2013 or if they're going to blow it all up this offseason. Looking more and more like Rex's team is going the way of his dad's - start off hot then slowly fade.

ugh.. hate to see this. Rough.

However, good news for Sanchez owners.. 'on paper' (at least) the Jets should have to throw more to keep up.

Nah, not good enough and weapons are too weak for them to consistently win with more offense. The Jets will try because they have to, but I don't see it resulting in wins. When it doesn't - Tebow time. So, yeah, might make him good for a couple of decent starts over the next few weeks but long term I think he's done in New York.

Did I tell you I recently traded for Weeden? I'm golden.
