With Lloyd on the team, the run game improved, and welkernback in his groove what kind of stat line can we expect out of him on average? 6 catches for 65 yards, half a touchdown and 5-10 rushing yards a game?

So, I picked up Greg Olsen and Scott Chandler when Hernandez was injured. I have had GREAT play from my TE spot while Hernandez was out.

How do you rank the 3 of them moving forward...I hate to cut them, but there is too much value at the TE position to get anything via trade.

oh...and I would/will bench him this week just to make sure he is ready to go!

Belichick always lies about injuries. This one was called by "outsiders" a high ankle sprain. By Belichick and his crew as a low ankle sprain and high ankle "injury"...
I have Hernandez expecting a return around week 6 as you all do. But I am calling for caution when deciding to start him. I am willing to wait and see game action first.

Oh hell, he is practicing today too.

I am going to have to pick up another 4pm TE now, just to see if he plays or not.

Even a 75% A.Hernandez is worth starting over my other options.
